Essential Skills Time Evaluation/CATS configuration SAP HCM Time Management SAP HCM - CATS Nice to have skills 1) Able to understand the union contracts and labor laws 2) Responsible for SAP time management configuration concepts such as work schedules, quotas. 3) Able to design SAP time schema from the scratch 4) Responsible for writing personnel calculation rules 5) Responsible for integration with 3rd party systems 6) Good analytical skills 7) Able to interact with business and various stake holders to understand the requirement 8) Need to able to provide support on payroll issues too. Worked on SuccessFactors implementation specifically with managing integrations between SAP and SF Qualifications SAP HCM Time Managment
