Job Summary
The SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant will support utility industry implementations and operations with a strong focus on Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA). The role will cover payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management, along with FICA configuration and integration with SAP IS-U billing processes. The consultant will gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, support testing and production environments, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP IS-U FICA functionality.
• Support payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management processes.
• Integrate FICA functionality with SAP IS-U billing processes.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Troubleshoot FICA and IS-U billing-related issues.
• Support functional testing and validate solutions against business requirements.
• Provide production support and assist with issue resolution.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
• Support continuous improvements and enhancements to SAP IS-U FICA processes.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience as an SAP IS-U FICA Functional Consultant.
• Strong background in the utilities industry.
• Expertise in Contract Accounts Receivable & Payable (FICA).
• Hands-on experience with payments, clearing, dunning, invoicing, and account management.
• Hands-on experience with FICA configuration.
• Experience integrating FICA with SAP IS-U billing processes.
• Experience with functional testing and production support.
