What will your day look like?- Lead and support end-to-end SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) implementations, including blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, user training, and post-production support
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to design and optimize global trade processes leveraging SAP GTS capabilities across Compliance, Customs, and Risk Management
- Develop and implement enhancements, user exits, reports, transaction objects, scripts, BAPIs, and integration solutions within SAP and non-SAP environments
- Facilitate client workshops, lead solution design discussions, and provide trusted advisory support throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver scalable, high-quality SAP GTS solutions aligned to business objectives
Skills & attributes for success- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP GTS and SAP ERP implementations
- Strong understanding of SAP GTS processes, database applications, system development, and report writing
- Experience with integrations, enhancements, and custom SAP development objects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage complex challenges under tight timelines while driving integrated, business-focused solutions
- Comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively within local and global teams
In accordance with pay transparency laws in the United States, we are committed to providing salary information to ensure fairness and equity in our hiring process. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $220,000USD per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base salary, employees may be eligible for benefits such as performance-based incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and other company perks. Compensation decisions are made based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant skills, experience, and internal equity.
