Job Title: Senior SAP Functional Consultant (Enterprise Solutions)

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior SAP Functional Consultant to lead complex implementations and optimize business processes for our enterprise clients. In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between business objectives and technical execution, conducting deep-dive needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analyses to align technology with corporate strategy. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of SAP module implementation-from initial design and configuration to testing, training, and long-term support. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who can develop novel procedures to solve complex business challenges while providing leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Business Process Transformation
• Needs Assessment: Conduct comprehensive business process analyses to identify gaps and recommend/develop SAP-driven solutions that enhance organizational performance.
• Functional Design: Develop detailed functional requirements, design specifications, and configuration parameters for various SAP modules.
• Strategic Alignment: Perform cost/benefit analyses to ensure IT initiatives remain aligned with overarching business objectives and industry best practices.

Implementation & Leadership
• Lifecycle Management: Lead and manage end-to-end SAP implementations, ensuring successful delivery, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to organizational standards.
• Technical Guidance: Provide expert instruction and presentations on SAP products; develop and evaluate execution plans to be carried out by project teams.
• Solution Innovation: Carry out complex or novel assignments that require the development of improved procedures or modified product features to satisfy unique client needs.

Client Engagement & Support
• Liaison & Troubleshooting: Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting; investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems by mapping requirements to system objectives.
• Training & Mentorship: Facilitate the development of training materials and provide direct leadership and direction to junior consultants and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience as an SAP Functional Consultant.
oProven track record of successful, full-lifecycle SAP implementations in large-scale environments.
• Technical Mastery:
oDeep expertise in SAP configuration, testing, and functional requirement gathering.
oStrong knowledge of industry best practices and emerging SAP product roadmaps.
• Core Competencies:
oExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
oProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide high-level project direction.
