SAP FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management) Consultant to implement, support, and optimize SAP FSCM modules, including
Credit Management, Collections Management, Dispute Management, and Treasury/Bank Communications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP FSCM solutions aligned with organizational financial processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Design & Implementation - Lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FSCM modules (Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, Biller Direct, Treasury).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP FSCM functional specifications.
- Configure Credit Rules, Risk Categories, Credit Limits, Scoring & master data.
- Implement Collections Management including worklists, collection strategies, and dunning processes.
- Configure Dispute Management including case types, workflows, correspondence, and follow-up processes.
- Support integration between SAP FSCM and FI-AR, SD, TRM, MM, and external financial systems.
Integration & Technical Coordination - Work with ABAP development team to create functional specs, test enhancements, workflow updates, and interfaces.
- Integrate FSCM with SAP BTP, SAP PI/PO, third-party credit agencies, and bank systems.
- Support EDI, XML, BAPI, IDoc-based financial document flows.
Testing, Support, and Optimization - Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and support cutover activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues, analyze root causes, and deliver stable solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial supply chain processes.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination - Collaborate with finance teams, business owners, and IT stakeholders.
- Prepare functional documentation, user training materials, and SOPs.
- Provide post-go-live support and conduct knowledge-transfer sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications - 6-10+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years in SAP FSCM.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Credit Management, Collections, Dispute Management, and Treasury.
- Deep understanding of FI-AR processes, risk management, and customer credit workflows.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA FSCM components preferred.
- Knowledge of BADI/BAPI, workflows, BRF+, and integration with SD & FI modules.
- Familiarity with credit scoring tools, bank communication interfaces, and third-party credit systems.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Embedded Credit Management.
- Understanding of SAP BTP Integration Suite, MDG, and GRC.
- Exposure to cash application automation, machine learning, or collection analytics.
- SAP FSCM or Finance certification.
