Candidates must be available to work onsite Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), and Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive Utilities Industry experience and a proven track record supporting enterprise asset management processes, production support activities, and integration with asset management ecosystems.
This role requires a functional consultant who can work closely with business stakeholders, support production environments, drive issue resolution, and deliver scalable solutions within a Utilities Industry environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Configure and support SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), Plant Maintenance (PM), and Customer Service (CS) modules.
- Provide production support utilizing ITIL best practices for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and support end-to-end asset management processes.
- nalyze business requirements and develop functional specifications and solution designs.
- Maintain application configurations, system parameters, and documentation.
- Support integration between SAP EAM and related utility applications.
- Participate in testing, deployment, and production support activities.
- Deliver technical and functional documentation.
