Full Job Description
Your role
As a Network Scheduler, your mission is to plan and maintain project-specific schedules that support the execution of prime equipment orders while monitoring engineering and production milestones. The Network Scheduler works closely with Project Management, Engineering, Purchasing, Production, and Operations Scheduling to ensure project milestones are achieved and customer commitments are met. You will report to the Order Center Supervisor.

You will
  • Generate and customize SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects while identifying and resolving cross-department scheduling conflicts.
  • Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency, optimization, and alignment with engineering and production milestones.
  • Monitor project milestones; resolve scheduling conflicts and adjust projected timelines as needed.
  • Participate in kickoff and weekly project meetings to define scheduling needs and monitor/report progress across engineering and production.
  • Lead weekly meetings to track and report engineering, purchasing, and production progress.
  • Collaborate with project teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to support on-time delivery and identify critical path items.
  • Maintain scheduling master data, including SAP Project/Network/WBS standards, production times, engineering durations, and supply chain lead times.
  • Support improvements to scheduling procedures, maintain SAP master data, and provide required schedules for monthly reporting.

You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a similar function.
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking/prioritization abilities
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across a diverse workforce
  • Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles and practices
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Problem solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

Preferred:
  • Experience with Power BI and/or prior project scheduling or production planning roles
  • SAP project scheduling and/or SAP ERP experience.
