Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules including AP, AR, GL, FA, MA, and Project Systems.
• Proficient in configuring SAP S/4 HANA functionalities.
• Understanding of job scheduling in SAP and module integrations.
• Experience working within Azure Cloud environment.
• Ability to manage and configure global templates as needed.
• Familiarity with SAP RISE is a plus.
• Experience in integrating financial processes with banks for accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4 Finance module operations.
• Resolve incidents and implement bug fixes promptly.
• Drive problem management processes, including root cause analysis and solutions implementation.
• Create functional design documents, configure systems, and test updates.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams on systems integration testing and user acceptance testing.
• Validate changes after deployment to production environments.
• Monitor system health after maintenance events.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives across financial modules.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and other modules for seamless operational support.
• Track and report on service delivery performance regularly.
