Estimated annual base pay: $95,000(minimum) - $123,000(midpoint) - $152,000(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Lifecycle Management: Lead planning and execution of complex migrations and system landscape transformations; define application lifecycle roadmap, strategies, and mentor others; Create long-term strategies for software applications (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) to align with organizational goals and scalability needs; Forecast application requirements and budget for future implementations or upgrades.
  • Performance and Reliability Engineering: Design and implement proactive performance strategies; proactively lead root cause analysis and capacity planning initiatives.
  • Security and Compliance Administration: Define security architecture and compliance frameworks. Lead risk assessments, policy enforcement, and response to external compliance audits.
  • Change and Transport Management: Architect change management workflows; enforce governance and lead release planning.
  • Collaboration and Knowledge Transfer: Plan, execute, and oversee medium to large application-related projects, such as system migrations, tool upgrades, or workflow automation; Lead cross-team initiatives; coach junior staff and drive continuous improvement in documentation and processes.


Key Skills:
  • Software Installation and Configuration: Design and lead enterprise software deployments across environments; Define configuration standards, manage vendor relationships, and oversee solution lifecycle planning.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Architect performance monitoring frameworks; Lead performance audits and capacity planning initiatives across systems (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) and teams.
  • Security and Access Management: Design enterprise-wide access strategies. Lead security reviews, manage risk assessments, and coordinate with InfoSec and compliance teams.
  • Change and Release Management: Define and lead change and release strategies; Oversee enterprise deployments and ensure alignment with business and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: Lead incident response and post-mortem reviews; Develop troubleshooting frameworks and mentor team members in diagnostic techniques.
  • Automation and Scripting: Architect automation strategies and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions; Lead DevOps initiatives and drive automation adoption across teams.
  • Infrastructure and Architecture Planning: Design scalable, resilient infrastructure architectures; Lead modernization and cloud migration projects aligned with business goals; Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative solutions to improve application management and business operations; Lead cross-functional teams across regions to standardize application platforms (e.g. SAP, Windchill, Workday, etc.) and ensure consistency.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Establish documentation standards and governance. Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and mentor junior staff.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders; Lead cross-functional initiatives and represent IT in strategic discussions; Manage cross-departmental projects by applying project management methodologies to align goals, coordinate resources, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes; Mentor junior and mid-level administrators, fostering skill development and preparing them for leadership roles.
  • Audit and Compliance Readiness: Lead compliance readiness programs. Coordinate with auditors and legal teams; Manage enterprise risk and ensure regulatory alignment.
