Role Overview:This role involves providing day-to-day technical support for critical business applications, with a primary focus on defining and guiding the technical and functional architecture within the client's extensive SAP ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing thought leadership in end-to-end SAP architecture, designing global SAP technical landscapes that optimize both on-premises and cloud-based technologies, and leveraging SAP Solution Manager for various implementation and post-implementation processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide general day-to-day technical support to ensure optimal operation of applications.
- Define key mission-critical business application solution portfolios including the client's SAP ecosystem (ECC6, BW, BO, Enterprise Portal, CRM, SRM, PI, and GRC) and its accompanying sub-systems.
- Focus on the technical and functional architecture of a solution.
- Guide architecture decisions based on industry standards and best practices.
- Provide thought leadership and direction for end-to-end SAP Architecture across both SaaS and On-Premise applications.
- Develop and design a global SAP technical landscape which optimizes both on-premises and cloud-based computer technologies and effectively supports business modules.
- Leverage SAP Solution Manager to manage functional blueprints for the implementation of solutions, configuration, testing, training, and the creation of post-implementation processes across all sub-modules.
