Title: SAP APMe Consultant

UST is looking for a SAP APMe consultant to develop solutions for our clients. The candidate will work in our SAP Practice team and must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Expert in SAP Agent Performance Management enterprise edition software.

• Expert in commission and incentive plans used for external Producers.

• Expert in managing agent, membership, premium and commission information across multiple insurance products.

• Working knowledge of Producer Management, Compensation & Performance and Agent Connection modules.

• Utilize the technical knowledge to develop solutions and estimates.

• Lead discovery meetings, technical discussions and client presentations.

Requirements

• 2 or more years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Agent Performance Management software.

• Experienced in commission calculations and payments.

• Experience in US health insurance is a plus.
