Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end solution architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Government Cloud, and Data Cloud
Define data models, sharing/security architecture, and integration strategy across the client's ecosystem
Lead technical design sessions and produce architecture diagrams, ERDs, and technical design documents
Guide teams on governor limits, scalability, and platform best practices
Own the org's release strategy - assess each seasonal Salesforce release for architectural impact, deprecations, and new capability adoption (e.g., Flow migration from Process Builder/Workflow Rules, Agentforce agent design)
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins
Support pre-sales activities: solutioning, estimation, and proposal support for federal opportunities
Ensure compliance with federal security and accessibility requirements (FedRAMP, Section 508, NIST 800-53 where applicable)
Required Qualifications:

Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification (or both - Certified Technical Architect a strong plus)
Deep expertise in data architecture, integration patterns, and security models

Preferred Qualifications:
