Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with 3+ years specifically in an architect role.
• Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Certification is required; Certified Technical Architect preferred.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
• Proven track record of keeping Salesforce organizations updated with the latest releases.
• U.S. Citizenship is mandatory; an active security clearance is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete solution architecture across various Salesforce Clouds.
• Define and strategize data models and integration across the client's ecosystem.
• Lead technical design sessions and create architectural documentation.
• Provide guidance on best practices related to platform limits and scalability.
• Manage the organization’s release strategy with respect to seasonal Salesforce updates.
• Deliver mentorship and technical leadership to developers and administrators.
• Assist in pre-sales activities such as solutioning and proposal documentation for federal engagements.
• Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and accessibility standards.
