Roles & Responsibilities - Lead the design and architecture of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Drive the adoption of Salesforce AI capabilities including Einstein AI, Agentforce, Generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation.
- Evaluate emerging Salesforce technologies and AI innovations to recommend platform enhancements.
- Define enterprise architecture standards, integration frameworks, and Salesforce best practices.
- Ensure platform security, compliance, data governance, and overall data quality.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design and oversee implementation of complex integrations involving APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development, administration, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise technology strategy.
- Support Salesforce platform modernization and continuous improvement initiatives.

Base Salary Range : $110,000 to $170,000 Per Annum
