Position Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end Salesforce architecture, defining technical strategies, and ensuring successful implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
This role requires deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, enterprise integrations, architecture governance, and stakeholder management.
• Key Responsibilities:
🏗 Solution Architecture
Lead architecture and design of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
Define scalable, secure, and maintainable architecture frameworks.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Create architecture diagrams, technical roadmaps, and design documentation.

Architect solutions across:
Sales Cloud
Service Cloud
Experience Cloud
Marketing Cloud
Integration Cloud
Define data architecture and governance strategies.
Ensure platform scalability and performance optimization.
🔗 Enterprise Integrations
Design complex integrations with enterprise applications.
Define API strategies and integration patterns.
Lead architecture for:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Middleware Solutions
Event-Driven Architectures
Establish enterprise security standards.
🛡 Security & Governance
Design role hierarchy and sharing models.
Define identity and access management strategies.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
Conduct architecture reviews and governance assessments.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate with executives, product owners, and technical teams.
Lead technical workshops and solution design sessions.
Mentor developers, administrators, and technical leads.
Provide strategic guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities.
Delivery Oversight
Support project estimation and technical planning.
Review solution designs and code quality.
Ensure successful delivery across multiple Salesforce initiatives.
Drive adoption of best practices and standards.
• Required Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
10+ years of IT experience.
7+ years of Salesforce architecture experience.
Proven experience leading enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Strong expertise across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
Experience designing large-scale integrations and enterprise solutions.
Deep understanding of Salesforce platform limits and architecture patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience in highly regulated environments.
Strong background in cloud-native architecture.
Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and release management processes.
Experience working with executive stakeholders.
