Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
  • Identify and remove blockers that impede team progress.
  • Track and report on sprint metrics, including velocity and risks.
  • Ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical team members.
  • Guide teams in following Agile practices and maintaining focus on delivery goals.

Requirements
• 7+ years Salesforce platform delivery experience, including Health Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud projects.

Proven Scrum Master experience leading sprint planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and blocker removal.
Operated in fast-paced implementation, not just O&M.
Ability to remove blockers and keep delivery teams focused on sprint goals.
• Experience working with product owners, business analysts, developers, admins, QA, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks, especially Scrum; SAFe experience is a plus.
• Understanding of Salesforce release cycles, configuration, customization, integrations, and deployment processes.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to track sprint metrics, velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, or Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Scrum Master certification preferred, such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master.

GC or Citizen only.
Salesforce configuration or admin capabilities are a huge plus.
