You will guide internal and external teams through testing efforts across system, integration, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing activities using an adaptive-agile methodology.

You will be instrumental in reviewing requirements, creating test plans, participating in sprint ceremonies, and ensuring that all Salesforce functionality-customized or declarative-meets defined acceptance criteria and organizational standards. • Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Demos, and working sessions as part of an agile delivery team.
  • Review business requirements and provide early feedback to identify potential gaps or risks.
  • Validate fixes for defects and verify they do not introduce unintended impacts (regression).
  • Review and evaluate user interfaces for usability, accessibility, conformity, and functional accuracy.
  • Ensure user stories align with acceptance criteria and meet quality standards across all environments.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, declarative specialists, business analysts, and PMs to ensure delivery quality.
  • Support creation and maintenance of test data and test documentation used throughout QA cycles.
  • Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, tools, and methodologies across the project and broader QA function.

What You Will Need:

  • Minimum of THREE (3) years of Quality Assurance experience, specifically testing Salesforce applications.
  • US Citizenship is contractually required.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce functionalities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and Salesforce data models.
  • Experience with QA methodologies, SDLC, STLC, and testing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation and QA tools (e.g., Selenium, test automation frameworks, JIRA).

What Would Be Nice To Have:
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to translate requirements into effective test scenarios.
  • Ability to adapt to the evolving Salesforce ecosystem and rapidly changing features
  • Salesforce Certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator and Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce QA-related certifications (if applicable)
  • Experience designing, improving, or standardizing QA processes, metrics, and tools.
  • Experience creating and documenting process flows, test scripts, and quality documentation.
  • Familiarity with Apex, Salesforce integrations, Lightning components, and Salesforce automation features (Flows, Process Builder).
  • Prior experience leading requirement-gathering discussions and translating them into testable acceptance criteria.
