We are seeking an experienced
Salesforce Project/Engagement Manager with a strong background in delivering complex, multi-stakeholder cloud implementation projects using
LEAN Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations, driving project success across scope, schedule, cost, and quality dimensions.
Your Role
- Lead and manage Salesforce implementation projects from initiation through closure using Agile delivery frameworks.
- Oversee complex, multi-workstream engagements involving cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Establish and manage Project Management Offices (PMOs) for large-scale programs when required.
- Develop, review, and approve comprehensive project plans and scope, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Own and manage project deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Create and execute project work plans; adapt plans to meet evolving project needs.
- Identify required resources and assign individual responsibilities across delivery teams.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring efficient execution and risk mitigation.
- Lead project governance cadence including daily stand-ups, weekly reviews, and monthly executive status reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders and internal leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Your Skills and Experience
- 11+ years of experience managing Salesforce and/or other cloud software implementation projects using Agile/LEAN methodologies.
- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce Project Management / Engagement Management experience.
- Proven experience delivering at least 3 full lifecycle Salesforce implementations.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing PMOs for large, multi-workstream projects (minimum 3 engagements).
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and project delivery best practices.
Certifications- Agile certifications (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent) - required

#LI-MS4 The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is : $82,082 - $193,440

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
