The Technology Manager will be responsible for the Client Services Platform and Customer Relationship Management technology solutions and line of business partnerships. The Technology Manager will lead an enthusiastic team focused on realizing the business objectives as outlined in our tactical and strategic plans. Manager and team will lead a nimble, agile and swift implementation process. Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining a Salesforce Center of Excellence for First Horizon.
Required Qualifications- Ten or more years of banking technology experience with a focus on servicing customers.
- Advanced application development expertise, including AI-enabled development practices.
- Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce platform with expertise in at least one of the knowledge domains.
- Advanced knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or any popular database engine).
- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Technology Security, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with strict segregation of technology duties.
- Technical team leadership experience delivering solutions with five or more years overseeing successful 7x24 production support.
- Prior experience working in a pressured (dynamic, fast-paced) environment.
- Application lifecycle experience, including proactive end-of-life lookahead management.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or other discipline.
- Prior experience as a technical lead for 3+ years.

- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, developing and retaining highly qualified technical staff.
- Expertise in reviewing and evaluating work of subordinate staff and preparing performance reports.
