Lead Salesforce OM design and configuration:
Order Summary
Fulfillment Orders
Delivery Groups
Orchestration and exception handling
Design and govern integrations with:
WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
ERP platforms
Payment gateways
3PL/logistics providers
Shipping carriers and tracking systems
Build scalable solutions using:
Apex
Flows
Platform Events
Event-driven architectures
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Provide technical leadership through:
Architecture workshops
Design reviews
Stakeholder collaboration
Documentation and solution governance

Ideal Candidate: A seasoned Salesforce architect with deep expertise in Order Management, integrations, fulfillment operations, and post-order customer experiences across enterprise ecosystems.
Your Skills and Experience
Required Experience
5-10+ years of Salesforce experience
3+ years specializing in Salesforce Order Management
Strong expertise in:
Lightning OM data model
Order orchestration and fulfillment
Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations
SFDX, Git, and CI/CD
Hands-on integration experience with:
WMS, ERP, payment processors
Carrier and shipping APIs
Third-party tracking services
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Order Management, Application Architect, or CTA certifications
Experience with Salesforce Commerce (B2C/B2B)
Retail, CPG, or consumer industry background
Experience supporting high-volume post-order operations
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $98,497- $233,248.
