Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Engagement Manager to lead a complex, enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiative. This individual will be responsible for overseeing multiple concurrent Salesforce workstreams, including two Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) implementations and migrations, as well as the ongoing governance, support, and optimization of an existing SFMC Business Unit. In partnership with the Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Program Manager, this role will drive cross-functional alignment, manage interdependencies, and help ensure the successful delivery of the organization's broader Salesforce transformation strategy.

Your Role

The ideal candidate combines strong program leadership, Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform expertise, stakeholder management, and delivery governance experience. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across business teams, IT, and Salesforce stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, risk management, adoption, and realization of business objectives.

Years Experience: 8+
• 2-15+ years of IT program and project management experience, including leadership of large-scale software implementation initiatives throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• 3-5+ years leading Salesforce implementation programs with responsibility for delivery, governance, stakeholder management, and business outcomes.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-scale digital transformation programs involving both business and technology stakeholders.
• Experience managing offshore and distributed development teams.
• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple Salesforce initiatives running concurrently.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, and critical path dependencies.
• Establish and facilitate program governance, executive steering committees, and status reporting.
• Monitor overall program health, proactively identifying risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
• Ensure alignment across all Salesforce workstreams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams responsible for configuration, customization, integration, and data migration activities.
• Ensure teams meet delivery commitments, quality standards, and timeline expectations.
• Experience establishing PMO standards, governance models, and reporting frameworks.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, resource capacity plans, and vendor performance.

Your Skills and Experience

Preferred Qualification would be a strong understanding of:
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (SFMC)
• Salesforce platform governance and operating models
• Data migration and system integration initiatives
• CRM data management and customer data strategies.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440.

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
