  • Own the end-to-end solution design and configuration process, leveraging Salesforce declarative tools and best practices.
  • Manage the process of implementing improvements and new functionality in the SFDC application suite, prioritizing declarative solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end users on Salesforce and related sales and marketing technology tools (e.g., Conga Apttus, Ironclad CLM, DocuSign).
  • Communicate and collaborate with technical resources (Developers) and internal stakeholders regarding status, technical issues, and creative solutions to support business requirements.
  • Utilize Salesforce best practices related to release management and deploy changes from sandboxes to production.
  • Create and maintain documentation on business processes, requirements, and application configuration.
  • Identify system inefficiencies/gaps, troubleshoot operational issues, and explore opportunities for updates and enhancements.
  • Support the governance model by working closely with all system partners to ensure minimal impact to organizations within the Salesforce instance.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to proactively recommend improvements.
  • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management activities.
  • Collaborate on cross-cloud projects (Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud, etc.) as needed.
