Full Job Description
Salesforce Director

As the Salesforce Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Salesforce platform, including design, implementation, and maintenance. You will work closely with our executive team to develop and execute a strategic plan for utilizing Salesforce to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead a team of Salesforce administrators and developers to ensure the platform is meeting the needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive Salesforce strategy to support business objectives and drive growth

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers, providing guidance and support as needed

- Monitor and maintain the health and performance of the Salesforce platform, identifying and addressing any issues that arise

- Stay current with Salesforce best practices and new features, making recommendations for enhancements and improvements to the platform

- Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to Salesforce services and products

- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials for Salesforce processes and procedures

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field

- Salesforce Certified Administrator and/or Developer certifications preferred

- Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce professionals

- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Experience with data privacy and security regulations, such as GDPR and HIPAA, preferred
