Qualifications

• SalesForce Experience Cloud (Not for Profit) expertise
• Proficient in Apex Coding and Lightning Web Components
• Strong foundation in Salesforce Shield for security
• Skilled in data modeling and scripting
• Experience in troubleshooting, data analysis, and resolving support calls
• Ability to communicate well with end users and business leaders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions to meet client needs
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
• Conduct data modeling and scripting tasks
• Collaborate with end users to gather project requirements
• Create reports and perform data analysis to support business objectives
• Work on-site at the client office in Evanston two days a week
• Maintain business casual attire while at the client office
