Leidos QTC Health Services is seeking a Salesforce Mid to Senior Developer on our Salesforce Engineering team. You will lead hands-on development, configuration, and integration of Salesforce solutions across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related enterprise platforms-building custom components, developing APIs, integrating third-party systems, and leveraging Agentforce and Data Cloud to modernize contact center capabilities and enable EHR interoperability that enhances the patient and provider experience.
Primary Responsibilities:Salesforce Development & Configuration- Design, develop, and maintain custom Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and Flows
- Build Experience Cloud portals in LWR and customize solutions for patient, provider, and partner experiences
- Develop Agentforce-powered automations and Data Cloud integrations for unified data access and intelligent workflows
- Configure Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet evolving business requirements
- Support contact center modernization by integrating Salesforce with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice
Integrations & Data Management- Develop and maintain API-driven integrations between Salesforce, AWS services (S3, Redshift, Lambda, SQL databases), and other enterprise systems
- Implement secure EHR interoperability using FHIR APIs, HL7 messaging, and healthcare data exchange patterns
- Collaborate with data teams to leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for real-time analytics and unified patient data
Testing, Deployment & Governance- Participate in unit, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Work with DevOps teams to manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, and deployment processes
- Maintain compliance with enterprise coding standards, HIPAA regulations, and platform governance policies
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement- Partner with solution architects, business analysts, and UX designers to refine technical requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet patient and provider experience goals
- Provide technical input during design workshops, sprint planning, and release reviews
AI & Emerging Technologies- Contribute to the implementation of generative and agentic AI solutions using Salesforce Agentforce, Claude, and AWS-native services
- Explore opportunities to optimize workflows, case resolution, and personalization through AI-driven automation
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (additional experience may substitute for degree)
- 5+ years of Software development experience preferably in Salesforce development experience and preferably in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Hands-on development and configuration experience with Apex classes/triggers, Omnistudio, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flow and automation tools, Agentforce, and Data Cloud integrations
- Experience building Experience Cloud portals for patients, providers, or partner ecosystems
- Proficiency designing API-based integrations with AWS services and external systems
- Exposure to implementing generative and agentic AI capabilities in Salesforce solutions
- Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Experience Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Specialist)
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, or SFDX/Jenkins
Preferred Qualifications:- Knowledge of EHR integration patterns (FHIR, HL7, Epic, Cerner) and secure healthcare data exchange
