Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Expertise in Health Cloud with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud with Lightning Aura components.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and OmniScripts.
• Experience implementing integrations with Agentforce, Data Cloud, and AWS.
• Knowledge of FHIR/HL7 standards and EHR systems (e.g. Epic, Cerner).
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud Specialist).
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Copado, Flosum, and SFDX.

Responsibilities

• Build custom Apex code, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, and OmniStudio components.
• Configure Health Cloud with OmniStudio and Experience Cloud using Lightning Aura components.
• Develop API integrations with AWS services like S3, Lambda, and Redshift.
• Enable EHR interoperability using FHIR and HL7 standards.
• Support the modernization of contact centers with AWS Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, coding standards, and best DevOps practices.
