Role Overview:This role involves developing and supporting solutions using Salesforce technologies, including CRM, Apex, and Lightning components.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and support solutions using Salesforce technologies
- Build and customize applications using Apex classes and triggers, SOQL queries, Visualforce pages, and more
- Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) for modern Salesforce UI experiences
- Build and support Agentforce AI agents
- Collaborate in Agile development environments
- Work in an onshore-offshore support model
Required Skills:- Salesforce CRM experience
- Apex language experience
- SOQL experience
- Visualforce experience
- Health Cloud Certification
- Agentforce Specialist PD2 Certification
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of Salesforce Developer/Admin experience
- 1+ year of experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:- Experience with GitHub, RTC, and automation tools
- Experience with IVR technologies (Avaya, Cisco, Chatbots)
