Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Lightning Web Components, and Apex development, along with working knowledge of OmniStudio and Omni-Channel. The candidate will support Service Cloud solutions and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, configure, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions based on business requirements
• Develop and enhance Lightning Web Components to support business functionality
• Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and supporting Salesforce components
• Configure Salesforce applications, objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and user access
• Support Service Cloud functionality and business processes
• Assist with OmniStudio configurations and solutions
• Support Omni-Channel functionality and routing requirements
• Troubleshoot Salesforce application issues and implement effective solutions
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities
• Follow Salesforce development and configuration best practices
Required Skills:
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
• Strong experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Strong Apex development experience
• Good experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
• Basic knowledge of OmniStudio
• Basic knowledge of Omni-Channel
• Strong understanding of Salesforce development and configuration best practices
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
• Experience implementing enterprise Salesforce solutions
• Experience with Salesforce integration and API development
• Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and governance practices
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Experience working in Agile development environments
Education Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
