This position is primarily remote, with occasional visits to a local office or our corporate headquarters for team-building, training, and collaborative project work. These on-site sessions are designed to strengthen connections, share insights, and ensure a seamless experience for our team and customers. Equipment pick-up from a local branch will be required. This position reports to our Lehi, UT office. May telecommute. Salary offered: $201,500 per year.
Responsibilities:- Understand business processes, propose improvements and opportunities, conduct requirements gathering sessions, work to establish resources for project/workstream, schedule and scope. Provide sign-off on scope agreements with the business and boundary system teams (15% of the time).
- Educate the team on the relevance of the functionality being requested, how it fits into the Sunrun's business process, and why this is important to Sunrun in order to provide deeper context of the purpose and importance of the work being done by the team. Ensure timely delivery of business requirements. Manage resource load to ensure balance for CRM Engineering team, striving to create a harmonious environment (20% of the time).
- Act as solution architect to determine the level of effort required, post-implementation support to ensure system stability, resolve issues, and optimize performance. Prioritize defects/new requirements or changes to the understanding of implementation. Serve as an escalation point for issues raised by the support team (20% of the time).
- Negotiate scope based on capacity allocation and strategic alignment (5% of the time). Review teams code and suggest best practices and new design patterns (10% of the time). Ensure designs are aligned with software strategic direction, readiness for design and build reviews/demos, readiness before UAT and understand QA execution status, coordinate with
- Salesforce Product team for bugs and new features (10% of the time).
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics and ensure the employees are being used effectively to meet their career objectives (10% of the time).
- Develop and Implement Salesforce Strategy: Align Salesforce/AI initiatives with the organization's overall business strategy and objectives (10% of the time).
Qualifications:- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electronics Engineering
- 5 years of experience as a Software Developer using HTML5, XML, Web Services, Restful services, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, Salesforce Field Service, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
