Salesforce CRM Developer

Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable CRM solutions on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. This role contributes to the development of high-quality solutions for defined problem areas, working under general guidance while building strong technical expertise in enterprise CRM delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud for well-defined business requirements
  • Translate functional requirements into technical designs with guidance from senior developers and architects
  • Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations following established standards
  • Configure Salesforce using declarative capabilities such as Flows, validation rules, and object configurations
  • Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical documentation
  • Support integration development with external systems using APIs
  • Perform unit testing, support system/integration testing, and resolve defects
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices
  • Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing maintenance activities
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and product owners
  • Follow enterprise governance, security, and release management processes

What You Bring
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce configuration
  • Understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and standard platform capabilities
  • Experience developing or supporting integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with development lifecycle processes (Agile, CI/CD, version control tools such as Git)
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions with guidance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce platform and enterprise delivery model

Minimum Requirements
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience

Preferable Skills & Experience:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Experience with Service Cloud capabilities (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge)
  • Experience with Sales Cloud capabilities (Leads, Opportunities, pipeline management)
  • Exposure to enterprise integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft or similar)
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset, Azure DevOps, or similar
  • Exposure to CRM data migration or transformation initiatives
  • Awareness of Salesforce AI capabilities (e.g., Einstein, Agentforce, etc.)
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
