Your Role - Strong background in solution design, architecture governance, and technical decision-making frameworks - Hands-on Salesforce platform depth (Apex, APIs, data architecture, release strategy) aligned with enterprise best practices - Experience leading design workshops, discovery sessions, and architectural alignment with client stakeholders - Salesforce Certified Application Architect and System Architect (or on certification path strongly preferred) - Strong experience working in Agile delivery models and driving solution documentation and architecture artifacts - Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide delivery teams Your Skills and Experience - 10+ years of Salesforce architecture experience, including 2+ years on **Consumer Goods Cloud Retail Execution**- Proven experience as lead architect delivering at least one end-to-end CG Cloud implementation - Deep expertise across CG Cloud capabilities: Visit Planning, Visit Execution, In-Store Tasks, Surveys, Assessments, and Retail Store data model - Strong understanding of CG Cloud mobile/offline architecture, sync patterns, and field performance optimization - Experience designing enterprise-scale data models, sharing strategies, and territory/route hierarchies - Proven integration architecture experience across SAP (S/4 or ECC), Order Management, and Data Cloud ecosystems The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082-$193,440.
