DescriptionPosition SummaryThe Salesforce Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and governance of strategic Salesforce initiatives supporting Huntington's Commercial Banking and Payments businesses. This role serves as the primary orchestration and delivery lead across multiple Salesforce products, teams, and stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment between business strategy, product roadmaps, and technology execution.
The role partners closely with Product Leaders, Technology Leaders, Architects, Delivery Teams, and Business Stakeholders to drive planning, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, facilitate governance, and ensure successful execution of Salesforce initiatives that deliver measurable business value.
This position is highly collaborative and requires strong program leadership, stakeholder management, Agile delivery expertise, and experience operating within complex, matrixed environments.
Primary ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Delivery- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of strategic Salesforce programs supporting Commercial Banking and Payments.
- Develop and maintain integrated roadmaps, milestone plans, delivery timelines, and implementation strategies.
- Coordinate quarterly planning activities and ongoing execution across Salesforce delivery teams.
- Ensure alignment between business priorities, product roadmaps, and technology delivery commitments.
- Monitor overall program health and drive proactive resolution of delivery challenges.
Cross-Functional Coordination- Manage dependencies across Salesforce teams, business partners, architecture, data, integration, operations, risk, compliance, and vendor organizations.
- Coordinate resource planning, release timing, testing activities, and deployment readiness.
- Facilitate decision-making and issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
Governance, Risk & Reporting- Establish and maintain program governance processes and operating routines.
- Own and manage program-level RAID logs, ensuring appropriate escalation and resolution of risks and issues.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide transparency into milestones, delivery progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Prepare materials and updates for leadership forums, steering committees, and governance meetings.
Stakeholder Management- Build trusted partnerships with Commercial and Payments business leaders, Product Owners, and Technology leaders.
- Facilitate alignment among business and technology teams.
- Communicate program status, key decisions, risks, and strategic impacts to stakeholders and leadership.
- Support change management and adoption activities associated with Salesforce capabilities and enhancements.
Continuous Improvement- Champion Agile and Huntington Ways of Working practices across Salesforce delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve planning, governance, delivery processes, and team effectiveness.
- Foster a collaborative culture focused on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational maturity and scaling of Salesforce delivery capabilities.
Financial & Resource Oversight- Support program budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities.
- Track vendor engagements and delivery-related expenditures.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources and alignment to business priorities.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of program, project, or delivery management experience leading complex technology initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving both business and technology stakeholders.
- Demonstrated expertise in Agile delivery methodologies and program governance.
- Strong experience managing risks, dependencies, budgets, timelines, and executive communications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence outcomes and lead through collaboration in a matrixed organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Salesforce platforms, products, or delivery organizations.
- Experience within Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Payments, or Financial Services.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, or related credentials).
- Experience operating within a Salesforce Center of Excellence (COE) model.
- Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with quarterly planning, value stream delivery, and large-scale transformation programs.

Compensation Range:102,000.00 - 208,000.00 USD Annual
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
