Full Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing & Partner Ops stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and translate needs into scalable Salesforce and GTM system solutions

  • Configure and enhance Salesforce functionality (flows, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards, etc.) and support rollout of new initiatives

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Technology team to maintain strong standards around solution design, documentation, release management, and change communication

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve operational efficiency and user experience

  • Serve as a trusted partner to end users, balancing day-to-day support with long-term platform improvements and driving CRM adoption across the org

What We're Looking for

  • 2–4 years in a Business Systems, Salesforce Admin, or RevOps role

  • Strong Salesforce Sales Cloud knowledge; CPQ exposure a plus

  • Hands-on experience with declarative tools: configuration, flows, validation rules, reporting, and dashboards

  • Strong analytical and communication skills; able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities

  • Proactive, curious, and ownership-oriented

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $111,000. You will also be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus and Company equity. Actual salary will be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience.
