Position ID:J1026-0144

Employment Type: Full Time

Position Description:

Join a Salesforce Financial Services Cloud team supporting banking and wealth management clients. You'll partner with Salesforce Product Owners and the technical delivery team - conducting research, documentation, and validation work that informs the solutions our Lead Developers and Architects design and build. This is a great opportunity to deepen your financial services domain expertise while working in a collaborative Agile delivery environment with strong growth potential.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Partner with Salesforce Product Owners to gather and document business requirements for client onboarding, household/relationship management, portfolio tracking, and advisory workflows, drawing on input from wealth advisors, relationship managers, and operations teams.
. Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for the Lead Developers and Architects to design and build.
. Conduct gap analysis between current state processes and desired future state capabilities within FSC, and document findings for the technical delivery team.
. Research and document configuration requirements for Salesforce FSC objects (Households, Financial Accounts, Financial Goals, Relationship Groups, Client/Person Accounts) for the Lead Developers and Architects to implement.
. Research and document complex client relationship scenarios (households, trusts, beneficiaries, joint accounts) to inform data models designed by the Architecture team using FSC's relationship and role frameworks.
. Document requirements for Action Plans, Lightning flows, and automation to streamline client onboarding, KYC/AML checks, and advisory review cycles, for the technical team to configure.
. Support architects/developers by researching and validating requirements for custom objects, Apex, and integrations where out of the box FSC functionality falls short.
. Research and document legacy CRM or core banking system data to support data mapping and migration strategies defined by the Architecture team.
. Research requirements and support integrations between Salesforce and core banking platforms, portfolio management systems, custodial platforms, and financial planning tools (e.g., via MuleSoft or middleware).
. Support data integrity and governance efforts by researching, reviewing, and validating client and account records against data governance standards.
. Research and validate that system configurations align with regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, SEC/FINRA, GDPR/privacy where applicable), flagging gaps to the technical delivery team.
. Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to document audit trail, disclosure, and suitability tracking requirements for the technical team to build into workflows.
. Support documentation needed for internal/external audits related to CRM data and processes.
. Support the dedicated testing team by validating use cases and reviewing test evidence in lower environments for Product Owner approval.
. Support validation efforts post deployment in a PROD environment, when allowed, to confirm configured solutions meet business requirements.
. Support the Salesforce Product Owners and technical delivery team throughout the project lifecycle; Product Owners serve as the liaison to front office, operations, and compliance.
. Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users (advisors, RMs, support staff).
. Research and report on post go live issues to inform enhancement recommendations from the technical delivery team.
. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives) in support of the Salesforce Product Owners.
. Support change request documentation and backlog research for the Product Owners, and help track delivery against roadmap.
