Position Description:

This is an onsite position located at our client site in either Dallas, TX, Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Birmingham, AL.
For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.
As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will ensure that the technical implementation aligns with strategic objectives and delivers measurable value. You will specialize in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications, enabling development teams to build solutions that are efficient, scalable, and future ready.
Duties and Responsibilities:Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements

. Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, and operations teams to translate business needs into solution ready requirements
. Develop process flows, use cases, data mappings, and API/interface specifications
. Develop SQL queries to analyze data that can be used to highlight issues and seek solutions
. Develop data mapping, interface specifications, and integration requirements for cross platform solutions
. Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story definition
. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity Identify and understand customer expectations, study existing business processes, program, and legacy system
. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
. Perform user acceptance testing
. Perform a functional analysis of existing systems/applications and document findings
. Balance attention to detail while keeping the big picture in mind
. Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate interpretation of requirements and alignment on technical design

Required Qualifications:

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, or related field
. 8 years experience at systems analysis
. 5 years experience working in the Agile framework
. 5 years experience with REST API (Web services) and Microservices
. 3 years experience with the Salesforce platform
. 3 years experience at business process modeling
. Demonstrated leadership, problem solving and resolution skills.
. Self motivation and strong time management and organizational skills
. Ability to tackle challenging work situations and to resolve conflicts in a positive manner
. Strong communications (verbal and written) skills and solid technical writing experience
. Strong attention to detail to spot discrepancies in transactions or customer information

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $62,900.00 $139,300.00.
