Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), LPI data models, and custom Salesforce applications.
Define and maintain Salesforce architecture standards, integration patterns, development frameworks, and best practices.
Design, develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce applications using Apex, Apex Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and OmniStudio.
Develop and implement OmniStudio components, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Translate business and functional requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Salesforce developers and development teams.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce architecture, development, security, and coding standards.
Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and data pipelines.
Perform technical impact assessments for new Salesforce features, enhancements, integrations, and platform releases.
Ensure optimal system performance, data integrity, security, scalability, and compliance.
Design and implement Salesforce security models, including role hierarchy, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data governance.
Support deployment strategies, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, version control, and Salesforce environment management.
Serve as a Salesforce subject matter expert during requirements workshops, architecture discussions, design reviews, and solution validation sessions.
Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, emerging technologies, new features, and industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Extensive experience designing, architecting, and implementing large-scale Salesforce solutions.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integration frameworks.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, scalability, and performance optimization.
Experience with Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions (PSS), and custom Salesforce applications.
Strong experience with OmniStudio, including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, version control, deployment automation, and release management.
Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) and Platform Developer II (PDII) certifications are required.
Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, and/or System Architect certifications are highly preferred.
