Primary Skill: Salesforce CRM implementation for University Advancement function

Minimum Requirements
• 10 years of experience in University Advancement strategy and operations at the executive level, including alumni engagement, advancement marketing and communications, annual giving, fundraising, prospect development, and/or advancement IT.
• 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and or using Salesforce in University Advancement.
• Must-have skills for this role: 1. Higher Education Advancement 2. Salesforce CRM Implementation.
• Years of experience required for each skill: Higher Ed Advancement - 10 Years, Salesforce CRM • 3 years.
• Requires Higher Education Advancement experience • we are looking for a senior leader with industry-specific experience.

IT Transformation Planning • Lead the planning and implementation of Salesforce for University Advancement. Shape the strategic direction of the Salesforce implementation in alignment with client Advancement strategic objectives and business needs. Orchestrate the Advancement solution design across functions and bring together the right team and experience to deliver a holistic solution and deliver on the clients vision and objectives; plan and guide the overall program across business, technology, and change management workstreams. Partner with ecosystem stakeholders to support project objectives and alignment with software leading practices.
