The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) is a private culinary institution with campuses in Hyde Park, New York; St. Helena, California; San Antonio, Texas; and Singapore. The college offers associate and bachelor's degrees, as well as certificate programs, in culinary arts and baking and pastry arts. The CIA also offers continuing education for professionals in the hospitality industry. The CIA has been recognized as one of the top culinary schools in the United States and the world by various publications, including the Princeton Review, U.S. News & World Report, and QS World University Rankings.
