We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related needs, ensuring the system supports our client operations and sales processes efficiently while maintaining data integrity, security, and an optimal user experience.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce Sales Cloud platform
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, roles, profiles, permission sets, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
- Create and maintain fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports
- Build and maintain business process automation using Flow (Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, Scheduled Flows), including migrating legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations to Flow
- Perform regular data audits, deduplication, and data cleansing to maintain data quality
- Handle data management tasks including imports, exports, mass updates, and backups
- Serve as first point of contact for troubleshooting Salesforce issues, working with users to resolve problems in a timely manner
- Manage user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, and license assignment
- Coordinate and manage system upgrades, seasonal releases, and sandbox refreshes/testing
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases and AppExchange applications, and make recommendations for adoption where appropriate
- Support and administer integrations with third-party sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, Form Assembly)
- Assist in training new users and grow the Salesforce skill set across the organization
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations to support knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies
- Manage AppExchange application implementations and integrations
Qualifications
What You Bring to Our Team
Experience & Education
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator credential required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices
- Proficiency with Flow (required) — must be comfortable building and maintaining Screen Flows, Record-Triggered Flows, and Scheduled Flows to support sales process automation
- Working knowledge of Validation Rules and Approval Processes
- Experience with reports, dashboards, and data visualization
- Strong familiarity with Sales Cloud (pipeline management, opportunity/lead processes, forecasting)
- Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
- Understanding of security models (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with third-party sales tech platforms such as HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or Sales Navigator
- Experience with Salesforce Einstein / AI features (Einstein Lead Scoring, Einstein Activity Capture, Sales AI, etc.)
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) a plus
- Experience with AppExchange app evaluation and implementation
- Basic understanding of Apex and Visualforce (not required, but a plus)
- Experience with change management and release processes (sandboxes, deployment tools)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Compensation: This position offers a base salary range of $105,000 - $110,000, depending on location, skills, and experience. You're eligible for our full benefits package starting day one.
