queue of daily requests, meaning your tasks will vary and offer new challenges every day. In this
role, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders and teams to deliver high-quality, scalable
solutions. This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional to gain hands-on
experience with a complex Salesforce org, take on meaningful ownership, and thrive within a fast-

requests.
• Modern Environment & DevOps Management: Complete configuration in sandbox

environments, test, and seamlessly deploy to pipeline environments and production using

Copado, GitLab, and modern DevOps practices.
• Platform Configuration: Build and maintain Salesforce declarative solutions, focused

heavily on Salesforce Flows, custom fields, objects, and lightning page layouts.
• Stakeholder & Documentation Management: Document business requirements, technical

solutions, and research in Jira, ensuring all documentation is polished, professional, and

stakeholder-ready.
• Security & Access Control: Manage Organization-Wide Defaults (OWD), sharing settings,

restriction rules, permission sets, and permission set groups.
• Data Strategy & Protection: Perform standard data management tasks (imports, mass

updates) using modern ETL tools. Utilize Salesforce Backup and Archive to ensure data

integrity and retention compliance.
• System Optimization: Continuously improve the usability, scalability, performance, and

overall design of the Salesforce platform.
• Availability: Maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during core business hours

to collaborate effectively with the team and stakeholders.

Qualifications
• 3+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring a

complex Salesforce environment.
• Certifications: Active Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator credential (formerly

Certified Administrator) is required
• DevOps & Tooling: Practical experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (specifically Copado

or similar) and code repositories (GitLab).
• Modern Automation: Advanced proficiency with Salesforce Flow
• Experience with Salesforce/3rd-party ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
• App Integrations: Experience implementing and managing third-party applications and

integrations such as Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, DocuSign, and various

AppExchange packages.

Desired Qualifications:
• Certifications in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
• Experience with Account Engagement
