Key Responsibilities- Assist in cleaning up, correcting, and maintaining contracts and sales orders within SAP
- Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentation for the sales support team
- Maintain and update sales records, CRM/SAP databases, and internal tracking systems
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely, professional manner
- Generate reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback
- Liaise with departments such as finance, logistics, and marketing to facilitate sales operations
Required Qualifications- 1-3 years of administrative or sales support experience
- Proficiency in SAP (required); prior experience with contract management in SAP preferred
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration
