Sales Supervisor / Expert

Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Job description:

This role leads, coaches, and supports a group of assigned Sales Reps, ensuring they are trained and guided to execute our sales strategy while meeting or exceeding established sales KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leads, coaches, and develops a team Sales Reps to achieve and exceed sales KPIs
  • Cultivates a culture of accountability and excellence within their team.
  • Trains and mentors team members, ensuring alignment with company standards and values.
  • Ensures team understands the importance of quality and intercedes when necessary
  • Works to ensure a strong partnership exists between the Sales Department and Production Department.
  • Monitors and analyzes team performance to identify areas for improvement and drive results.
  • Ensures accuracy of sales proposals
  • Leads group and individual meetings on a weekly basis.
  • Works to resolve all issues with customers when issues are elevated
  • Drives company vehicles in a safe manner
  • Any duties as assigned by manager

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics:
  • Valid drivers license with a safe driving record
  • Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Previous experience in a sales management role leading a team
  • Ability to see the "big picture" (i.e., total job and break it into steps)
  • Great ability to teach and train with the ability to modify training techniques to address the different training needs of employees
  • Strong presentation skills.

Education and Experience:
  • 3 or more years of proven sales leadership experience
  • Bachelors degree in business or marketing preferred or a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record of success
  • Demonstrated ability to motivate, guide, and lead a sales team to achieve and exceed business goals.
  • Proficiency with CRM software
