About the RoleAs a Sales Specialist, you will work closely with District Sales Managers throughout the Southwest region to identify business opportunities, analyze customer and market data, support sales initiatives, and contribute to territory growth.
Key Responsibilities• Complete sales onboarding and training
• Learn CRM tools and sales processes
• Analyze installed-base data and territory reports
• Support account planning and business development activities
• Develop knowledge of radiation oncology workflows
• Participate in customer meetings and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive commercial objectives
What You Bring• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated and proactive approach
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Passion for sales and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications• Healthcare, medical device, healthcare technology, or radiation oncology experience
• Sales, customer-facing, or business development experience
• Recent graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply
Location & TravelRemote within the Southwest region. Preferred locations include Texas, Arizona, and Colorado. Approximately 25% travel is expected.

The base pay range for this position is:
$116,000 - $159,500
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
