remotely via phone, email, video chat, and text to understand their project needs, creating accurate designs using 20/20 kitchen design software, and closing sales to exceed goals. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, sales expertise, and experience with CRM software, with a focus on delivering quality service in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Location: 100% Remote.
- Reports to: Sales Manager
- Achievable Total Compensation Range: $80,000 - $150,000 annually, reflecting individual sales performance. (Base salary plus uncapped sales commission)
- Base Salary: $37,440
- Schedule: 40 hours, hourly position eligible for overtime pay. Must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities: - Qualified leads are provided (no cold calling necessary).
- Connect with customers via phone, email, video chat and text to understand their project needs and lead the customer through the design and purchasing process.
- Must be able to sell, close customers, and exceed sales goals.
- Execute a high volume of outbound calls, email, and text to new and existing customers.
- Meet and exceed Sales goals and KPI's.
- Produce quality and accurate designs from customer sketches in 20/20 software.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM software and follow designer SOP.
Qualifications & Skills:- Excellent sales skills.
- Experience selling via phone, email, video chat, and text is a plus.
- Kitchen design software experience in either 20/20, Chief Architect, Kitchen Pro, or Cabinet Vision is required.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Home Improvement experience is a plus.
- High quality communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Highly organized, motivated, and a team player.
- Will require a dedicated remote workspace with minimal distractions.
- Reliable internet required.
