We're looking for a Sales Service Leader to lead a team of Sales Service Specialists while driving exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across the business.

In this highly visible leadership role, you'll serve as a key partner to customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless order-to-cash execution, resolving complex issues, analyzing performance metrics, and leading a team that delivers outstanding service every day. You'll also play an important role in shaping processes, improving efficiencies, and using data to influence business decisions.

As the Leader, Sales Service, you will lead a team of approximately 5-7 Sales Service Specialists, providing coaching, mentorship, and day-to-day leadership while ensuring operational goals and customer expectations are met.

You will collaborate closely with teams across Production Planning, Manufacturing, Transportation, Pricing, Accounts Receivable, IT, and Commercial Operations to support business objectives and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant business experience.
  • 5-7+ years of customer service, operations, manufacturing, plant, commercial, or related experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous leadership experience with direct responsibility for coaching, developing, and managing team performance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proven track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • SAP experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated success using data and metrics to drive performance and business results.
  • Strong adaptability and willingness to embrace change and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience leading larger customer service, sales support, or operations teams.
  • Business Warehouse experience.
  • Experience with Order-to-Cash processes and systems.
  • Background working within manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or commercial organizations.
  • Experience participating in Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) processes.
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.

Salary Range: The expected salary range for this position is between $75,000- $90,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based upon candidate experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
