Salary: $80,000-$90,000 + Commissions
Location: Remote

Position Summary

The Sales Representative is responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and engaging targeted customers to drive new business opportunities. This role executes proactive outreach strategies, manages daily sales activities, and maintains accurate documentation within CRM systems. The position plays a key role in supporting pipeline development and achieving sales performance objectives.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Prospecting

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily inside sales activities to support pipeline development
  • Conduct telephone prospecting, qualification, and proactive outreach to targeted customers
  • Identify customer needs, objectives, and opportunities through structured sales engagement

CRM & Activity Management

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sales activities within the CRM system
  • Ensure consistent tracking of outreach efforts, customer interactions, and follow-up actions
  • Utilize CRM data to support pipeline visibility and sales effectiveness
  • Effectively leverage sales engagement platform for outreach, cadence management, and prospecting activities

Communication & Collaboration

  • Participate in regular communication with management to align on priorities and performance
  • Effectively communicate insights, feedback, and ideas to support sales strategy and execution
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer engagement and sales initiatives

Performance & Accountability

  • Meet or exceed established productivity targets and commission-based performance goals

Industry Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the Rehabilitation market, including:
  • Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and/or Hand Therapy
  • Private Practice
  • Hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs)
  • Federal Government (VA, DOD, and related agencies)
  • Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
  • Distribution channels, including local, regional, and national resellers

Additional Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Previous sales experience with an understanding of core sales principles and processes
  • Experience with CRM systems and/or order management ERP platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with executives, management, customers, and external partners
  • Ability to work independently in a remote home office environment
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance and productivity expectations

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • This position is primarily remote but may require travel
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support business objectives, including attendance at tradeshows, customer visits, and other in-person sales activities
  • Work involves sedentary to light work in a home office environment
  • Frequent computer use including keyboard, mouse, headset, and video conferencing
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform typical office tasks
