Join Our Team at PK Property Services - Full-Time Sales Representative

Location: Saint Paul, Minnesota

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm

Pay: $80k - 110K DOE

Position Summary:

As a Sales Representative at PK Property Services, your primary responsibility is to identify customer needs, generate new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, and support the sales team in closing deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with prospects, qualifying leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.

Position Overview & Responsibilities:
  • Develop new sales opportunities through outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs, requirements, and identify sales opportunities
  • Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide detailed product or service information via phone and email
  • Manage and follow through on the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing
  • Maintain a high conversion rate on company-provided leads
  • Build, update, and maintain an accurate database of prospects
  • Research and identify new potential leads and business opportunities
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and competitor offering
  • Upsell products and services when appropriate
  • Travel to job sites as required

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Ability to pass a standard background check, including E-Verify
  • Valid driver's license (required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks when needed
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable work ethic and strong time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass drug screening if required
  • Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
