Qualifications

• Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Safely use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, and rooftops as needed.
• Willingness to wear PPE, including respirator if needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Build trust by clearly explaining findings and recommending treatments.
• Close sales by showcasing Orkin's value and benefits.
• Manage appointments and documentation using a company iPad.
• Work independently, prioritizing schedule and maximizing leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism and integrity.
