  • Implement growth plans and manage sales pipeline aligned with strategic business directives

About this Position
This position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit -where we empower our people to transform industries and provide our customerswith a competitive advantage through adhesives, sealants and functionalcoatings.

What you'll do
  • Implement growth plans and pipeline management that are commensurate with the overall strategic directives of the business.
  • Work to establish a complete target list, documenting growth potential by application and location. Including collaborating with distribution partners to help drive new opportunities
  • Drive new Sales through all prospecting vehicles, including (but not limited to) lead generation lists, OEM leads, and distribution partners. Actively working with Henkel's Inside Sales (Grow) team and Marketing insights.
  • Able to coordinate efforts with Henkel's Inside Sales (Protect) team to properly support your existing territory's customers effectively.
  • Have/Develop knowledge of the market and on the major applications & technologies that are typically found in the assigned market areas.
  • Effectively communicates progress and needs to the management team.
  • Become competent with and utilize Henkel's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage the sales and customer management processes.
  • Recognize competitive forces and prepare sales strategies to offset them
What makes you a good fit
  • Four (4) year college degree
  • Previous direct sales experience in the industrial market is desirable.
  • This position will require the candidate to possess a hunter mentality. You will be primarily prospecting to obtain new business and bring on new customers.
  • Computer literacy
  • Time and territory management skills working from home
  • Up to 60% travel requirement
  • Most of the travel will be contained to the Southeastern part of the United States. This will include travel throughout the territory of VA, NC, SC, GA, FL AL and MS.
  • Preference will be given to candidates that are living in Charlotte and/or Atlanta.
  • This position is bonus eligible.

The salary rangefor this role is $80,000.00 and $100,000.00. This range represents the good-faith minimumand maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at thetime of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligiblefor incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. TheCompany also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actualcompensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills,experience, education, training, and work location.
