Pay Range: $44,000 - 159,000 annually (100% Commission Based)

Job Duties: A Day in the Life
  • Be a go-getter! Make a positive first impression
  • Connect Constantly circulate the sales floor and greet customers in a timely manner. Avoid "grouping" or other behaviors that prevent effective greetings
  • Be the Expert Know your customers, know your products - find the perfect fit
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of system functionality and enhancements for faster and more efficient order processing
  • Manage Identify and resolve all post-order problems quickly and efficiently. Partner with other sales staff or customer care teams whenever necessary to ensure prompt and thorough problem resolution
