Pay: Estimated Annually $48,200 - $158,700 (Commission Pay Plan)
Schedule: We require open availability to work any day/shift
Business Hours: Monday - Saturday: 9am - 8pm; Sunday: 10am - 7pm
What You'll Do- Present vehicle models, trim options and other vehicle attributes.
- Present purchase and finance options along with service programs available.
- Complete follow up's and maintain relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Keep up to date with Acura products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
- You'll report to the Sales Desk Manager and receive coaching to accomplish sales goals.
What You'll Bring- 1+ years of experience in automotive sales.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience working at an automotive dealership.
- Strong written & vocal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills
- Working knowledge of computers.
- Self motivated with the ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
Total RewardsThe annual estimated earning range for this position is $48,200-$158,700 .
This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
